ADHD is one of the most common mental illnesses

We Treat ADHD!
Among the most prevalent neurodevelopmental diseases, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has a significant impact on social relationships. Over the past ten years, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of clinical trials and authorized therapies for ADHD.

Traditional Treatments

Medications
Both behavior therapy and stimulants can be used together or separately. Research indicates that when the appropriate drug and dosage are established, 80% of children with ADHD who take stimulants see improvements. Stimulatns include Methylphenidate: Brand names include Ritalin, Concerta, Focalin, and Daytrana; Amphetamines: E.g., Adderall, Dexedrine, and Vyvanse.

Non stimulants include atomoxetine, bupropion, clonidine and guanfacine.

Behavioral Therapies

A non-pharmacological intervention that targets problematic behaviors with sanctions and rewards desired actions with positive reinforcement. CBT can be helpful in this process.

Parent Training

For children under six, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) suggests behavior management training for parents as the initial course of treatment.

Environmental Changes

Schools can provide behavioral classroom intervention and school support as part of the therapy plan.
