Cancellation Policy for Present Psychiatry
At Present Psychiatry, we strive to provide high-quality care to all our patients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
1. 72-Hour Notice Requirement:
Patients must notify us at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to allocate appointment slots to other patients who may need care.
2. Payment Information Requirement:
To book an appointment, patients are required to provide a valid form of payment on file. This is necessary to confirm and hold your appointment time.
3. Late Cancellations and No-Show Charges:
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment or failure to show up for an appointment will incur a fee equivalent to the full amount of the missed appointment.
- The charge for a missed initial evaluation appointment is $250.
- The charge for a missed follow-up appointment is $150.
- This amount will be billed directly to the patient, and they will be responsible for paying this charge.
